Fillers, neuromodulators, and threads are in-office procedures that address volume loss, fine lines, and skin laxity without surgery or recovery time. At Barbarino Surgical Arts, these treatments are performed with an emphasis on proportion, subtlety, and longevity. The best candidates are those with early to moderate signs of aging who want results that look natural from every angle.
All injectable and thread procedures are performed in-office without general anesthesia. Depending on the treatment, appointments range from 30 minutes to just over an hour. Topical numbing is applied for comfort, and most patients return to normal activity immediately following their visit.
What to Expect
Results are immediate and continue to improve over the following weeks as the product settles and collagen is stimulated. Neuromodulators typically last 4 to 6 months; filler results range from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the product; thread results last 12 to 24 months and continue building collagen long after the threads dissolve.
